text: Jan. 25 – Dec. 31. Galterius Cesaree Palestine dominus and his men [homines] had been imprisoned for debt in Acre. To free himself and them, Galterius sells under his seal land with a house and a threshing floor [area] next to the common cistern [at Caco] to Raimundus Jherosolimitani Hospitalis magister for 800 besants. The Hospital will hold the land freed from all servitium. The deal is made in the presence of Balduinus Cesariensis archiepiscopus. Galterius had previously bought the land from Petrus drugemannus de Caco for 200 besants.
