Willelmus, quartus in achonensi ecclesia latinorum episcopus, together with his chapter, makes a sealed grant to Manso and Sergius, the sons of Leo curialis, and to those Amalfitans who should die in Acre. He gives them a section [locus] of the cemetery of St Nicholas for the use of Amalfitan burials. In this Manso has built at his own expense a charnel pit [carnarium ad ossa mortuorum] and erected a memorial sepulchre [tumba] over it. Manso and Sergius are received as confratres of the church of Acre.
