From the arch there is a space between the church of the Hospital and the houses of the nuns of St Mary which is to remain empty, with no building permitted. The nuns may not construct doorways or windows there. From the space down to the ruha balneorum patriarche the street is to be the property of the Hospital of St John, which can do whatever it likes in it.
