text: Apr. 22. Jerusalem. In the chapter of the Holy Sepulchre. Bertoldus makes an eleemosynary gift to Patriarch William of Jerusalem, Petrus prior Dominici Sepulcri and the Holy Sepulchre of all his possessions in Swabia [Germany], including a church at Denkendorf, on condition that he should enjoy these possessions during his lifetime, paying the Holy Sepulchre a census of 10 solidi [solidi publicᶒ monetᶒ] a year. Noble witnesses: Sifrit presbiter; Drutwin presbiter; Dederich presbiter; Conradus de Coronbach; Wolframus de Berenhusim; Hugo de Bliningen; Reinboldus; Hecel de Benrenhusim; Woltodo de Custordingen; Rainaldus de Custordingen; Rudolfus de Rinvelden; Rudigerus de Bodoboro; Arnoldus de Spira. The charter is sealed with the seal of the Holy Sepulchre, because Bertoldus has no seal.
