Pope Honorius III informs the chapter of the church of Famagusta that although he had told them not to elect a new bishop without the licence of the Holy See, because Archbishop C. of Salerno [previously bishop of Famagusta] had not settled peacefully in his new see, he is glad to write that C. is now settled in his church and that the chapter may elect a new bishop.
