He judges in the dispute involving the patriarchs of Jerusalem and Antioch, and the archbishop[s] of Tyre [and Petra] [67] over the suffragans of the archbishop of Tyre, declaring that the bishops of Beirut, Sidon and Tortosa should be subject to the patriarch of Antioch.
